1. First Login Your twitter profile.
2. After Login on Twitter Move your mouse
cursor on upper corner profile Tab.
3. Click on Setting Button
4. After click Setting button click on Design
5. Choose any Twitter background image or upload
your own image by clicking on change background images
6. After upload your own image click on save
changes
7. Your background image has been changed like this screenshot
